Vektori Popla Payment terminals Guide

Instructions for use: Vektori Kassa app and Poplapay payment terminals

Poplapay Yomani (left) and Yoximo (right)

1. Compatibility of Poplapay payment terminals

The payment terminal can be a so-called separate terminal or connected to Vektori Kassa app, i.e. integrated.

Separate terminal:

  • Vektori app is not connected to the payment terminal, the amount to be charged to the customer is entered into the payment terminal manually.

  • If the payment terminal has a receipt printer, it prints the customer a receipt only for the card payment transaction. The receipt is not a cash receipt, it does not contain product information, nor a VAT breakdown.

Integrated:

  • Vektori app controls the payment terminal, the amount to be charged from the customer is automatically transferred to the payment terminal.

  • If the payment terminal has a receipt printer, it prints one cash receipt for the customer that contains product information, VAT breakdown, and card payment transaction information.

  • The payment terminal can also print a cash receipt for a cash payment.

  • The Vektori app also controls the payment terminal in refunds.

  • It is not possible to use the payment terminal manually, bypassing the cash register.

  • The payment terminal uses the Poplapay JSONPOS interface for the Vektori app connection.

Compatible integrated Poplapay payment terminal models:

  • Yomani ML.

  • Yomani XR.

  • Yomani 3G.

  • Yoximo.

How do I know if my payment terminal is integrated?

  • Integrated: The Poplapay logo is displayed on the payment terminal's screen.

  • Separate terminal: The screen of the payment terminal shows, for example: Enter amount.

If you want to change the separate terminal to an integrated one, contact the retailer of the payment terminal.

NOTE! These instructions describe the connection and use of the integrated payment terminal.

2. Connection type

  • Choose Selected Payment Terminal menu: Poplapay.

  • Enter the ID number of the payment terminal (4-6 digits) in the Device identifier field and press Save.
